Approach

Prior to this launch, order ahead was only available through third-party delivery services, with limited intelligence from those transactions. This resulted in the inability to provide truly customized experiences for Jack in the Box guests. The team leveraged industry best practices and a refreshed visual style to keep the new experience authentically “Jack”.

Result

The new experience allows users to place orders quicker and easier than ever before. Users can now save their favorite meals, locations and payment methods to make completing orders a breeze. Combined with a great degree of customization options, customers have the power to create their perfect meals. Loyalty features incentivize return users and rewards them for interacting with the brand. In addition, the experience now provides critical data and insights into the brand’s customer base and ordering habits.
